この会社に入社するきっかけは何ですか？
前職では、木材のプレカット製品を４ｔユニック車で現場へ運送する仕事をしていました。 大型に乗ってみたいと思い、この会社の募集要項を見たら免許取得制度があったので、 大型に乗る事を目標に入社しました。
1番印象に残っている仕事は何ですか？
大型で初めて四国地方に配達した時の高速道路から見える明石海峡大橋と鳴門海峡の橋から見る景色は本当に感動的でした。 名古屋から深谷市まで初めて高速道路を使わずに配達した時の峠の景色が初めて見る景色ばかりでとても印象的でした。
仕事でどんな時にやりがいを感じますか？
大型ユニック車に乗っていますが、現場での難しいユニック作業を無事に荷物の破損もなく終わった時の達成感は、気持ちいいものがあります。 今後は、どんな荷物でも運送出来るようになり後輩達にも相談できる先輩として成長できるようになりたいです。

この会社に入社するきっかけは何ですか？
What made you decide to apply in company?
前職では、足場や建物を解体する工事の会社にいてその時に解体する重機などを大型車で運送していました。
その時に友人からこの会社での募集を知り、入社しました。
前職では、色々な方面での配達はなかったのですが、この会社では、色々なところに配達ができるのも魅力を感じています。
In my previous job, I worked for a construction company, dismantled scaffolding, demolished buildings, and used large vehicles to transport heavy machinery to be dismantled. At that time, I learned from a friend that this company was recruiting.candidates ,so I applied, thankfully I'm hired. At my previous job, there was no delivery jobs of various places. But I find it interesting that this company can deliver to different places.

What is the most memorable thing about working at this company?
会社の休憩室を新しく作る時に自分の趣味が興じて内装全般と外装の塗装を一人で制作した事。
関東へ初めて高速道路で配達している時に、富士山と朝焼けが綺麗に見えた景色は今でも忘れられません。
When I made a new break room for my company, my hobby was intrigued and I created the over all interion and exterior painting by myself. I still can't forget the beautiful view of Mt. Fuji and the sunrise when I was making my first express way delivery to the Kanto region.

What is the appeal of this company?
私は、日本語を話す事はできますが、書くことはまだ少ししかできません。
この会社の従業員のみんなは、とても親切で優しいです。
彼らは、日本の地図の読み方を親切に教えてくれます。
そのおかげで毎日簡単にお客様先に着くことができるようになりました。
今は、自信をもって仕事ができるようになり、自分を採用してくださったこの会社で働くことを幸せに思っています。
I can speale Japanere, but I can't write kanji well. All company staffs are very kind and gentle. They kindly teach me how to read a map of Japan. Thanks to this, it is now possible to reach curtomers easily every day Now that I an ale to work on my own initiative, I am able to work with the company that hired me this company. I am happy to work at.
